Libspe: PS3 Programming Environment

PS3 is a computer with heterogeneous multicore processors, and the key to achieving high computing speed is to fully utilize SPE, which is a processor for floating point operations.
On PS3 Linux, you can write SPE programs using a library called libspe (SPE Runtime Management Library). This page describes the programming environment, especially libspe, which is required to use SPE on PS3 Linux.
